El túnel de Münden es un túnel ferroviario de la línea de alta velocidad Hannover-Würzburg en Hann. Münden, en el tramo entre Göttingen y Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe. Con una longitud de 10.525 m, es el segundo túnel ferroviario en operación más largo de Alemania y el túnel más largo de lejos en Baja Sajonia.
El túnel de Münden se encuentra en el distrito de Göttingen, en el sur de Baja Sajonia. En la parte noroeste del bosque de Kaufunger, donde se extiende la parte sur del parque natural de Münden, se sitúa entre los ríos fuentes de Weser, Fulda al oeste y Werra al este. El túnel se ubica por debajo de los bosques estatales de Münden y Kattenbühl y de la área boscosa del sur de la pequeña ciudad de Hann. Münden, así como en el área del municipio vecino de Staufenberg.
