La refinería de Wilhelmshaven es una refinería de petróleo con instalación de tanques en Wilhelmshaven, que comenzó a operar en 1976 y ha cambiado de operador varias veces, siendo utilizada temporalmente solo como instalación de tanques. Actualmente es operada por HES Wilhelmshaven GmbH, una filial de HES International.
La historia de la refinería de Wilhelmshaven comenzó el 21 de junio de 1972 con la firma de un contrato entre Mobil Oil AG Alemania, el estado de Baja Sajonia y la ciudad de Wilhelmshaven para la construcción de una refinería en el nuevo dique de Voslapper Groden. La construcción comenzó en 1973.
