La base Theodor-Körner es una de tres bases en Aquisgrán y alberga varios pequeños departamentos de las fuerzas armadas alemanas que, en un sentido más amplio, pertenecen al TSH. Se encuentra en Lintertstraße 71 en Aquisgrán-Forst.
Se creó durante la remilitarización de Renania en 1937. Desde 1947 hasta 1954 fue utilizada por el ejército belga, que dividió el complejo en 2 bases. Desde 1952 hasta 1954, aquí estuvo estacionado el 71° batallón de artillería.
