La sierra de Weser es una montaña media de hasta 336 m sobre el nivel del mar en la región del Weserbergland en Renania del Norte-Westfalia y Baja Sajonia.
La densamente forestada sierra de Weser se cuenta entre los ramales del norte de las montañas medias alemanas en el borde sur de las tierras bajas del norte de Alemania y está ocupada en el oeste por el parque natural TERRA.vita y en el este por el parque natural Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln.
