Les montagnes de Weser sont un massif moyen atteignant 336 m d'altitude au-dessus du niveau de la mer, situé dans la région de Weserbergland en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie et en Basse-Saxe.
Les montagnes de Weser, fortement boisées, font partie des contreforts nord des massifs montagneux allemands, à la limite sud des basses terres du nord de l'Allemagne, et sont bordées à l'ouest par le parc naturel TERRA.vita et à l'est par le parc naturel Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln.
