Wesergebirge er et middelhøjt bjergområde i Weserbergland i Nordrhein-Westfalen og Niedersachsen, der når op til 336 m over NHN.
Det tætbefolkede Wesergebirge hører til de nordlige udløbere af de tyske middelbjerge på den sydlige kant af den nordtyske lavlandsområde og er i vest dækket af naturparken TERRA.vita og i øst af naturparken Weserbergland Schaumburg-Hameln.
