La iglesia María Reina, también llamada simplemente Santa María, es la iglesia católica en Wittingen, una ciudad en el noreste del distrito de Gifhorn. La iglesia, nombrada según el título mariano María Reina, es la iglesia más al norte de la decanatura Wolfsburg–Helmstedt y se encuentra en la calle Schützenstraße 5; su parroquia homónima pertenece a la diócesis de Hildesheim.
Con la introducción de la Reforma en el siglo XVI, la población y la iglesia de San Esteban en Wittingen se volvieron evangélico-luteranas.
