El faro Dicke Berta es un faro en Cuxhaven-Altenbruch. El faro, que está bajo protección como monumento, estuvo en funcionamiento como faro inferior desde 1897 hasta 1983; el faro superior correspondiente, Schlanke Anna, ya no existe.
El faro se encuentra – hoy en día – en la ladera del dique del lado terrestre, que está aproximadamente a 1 km al norte de la zona de asentamiento del distrito de Altenbruch, en la orilla izquierda del Elba, que aquí fluye hacia el oeste y noroeste hasta desembocar en el mar de franja. El acceso se realiza a través de la calle Döschers Trift. Al oeste de la torre hay una cerradura – que no es navegable – en el dique, que controla el nivel del agua del canal Altenbrucher que viene del sur, que se continúa en el puerto de Altenbruch, que está sujeto a la marea marina y es utilizado por barcos de vela.
