La Biblioteca Estatal de Lippstadt / Biblioteca Teológica y Mediateca en Detmold es una biblioteca universitaria y regional científica para Ostwestfalen-Lippe. El titular de esta institución pública es la Asociación Estatal de Lippe.
La biblioteca se encuentra alojada en un palacio clasicista, que fue construido como casa privada y residencia por el gran comerciante de Detmold Johann Wilhelm Ebert entre 1842 y 1843. Desde 1886, tras la adquisición por el Príncipe Woldemar, la biblioteca ha estado ubicada allí.
