El Museo Histórico del Obispado de Paderborn es un museo local en la ciudad de Büren, en el noreste de Renania del Norte-Westfalia. Junto con el lugar de memoria y conmemoración Wewelsburg 1933 - 1945, forma una de las dos exposiciones permanentes del Museo Municipal de Wewelsburg del distrito de Paderborn.
Se encuentra en el ala sur y en el ala este, así como en la torre sureste de la Wewelsburg. El museo presenta la historia del principado de Paderborn desde el comienzo del asentamiento durante la Edad de Piedra hasta el año 1802, cuenta con 29 habitaciones distribuidas en tres, en la torre cuatro pisos, que en su gran parte son accesibles también mediante un ascensor.
