El lago Mastholter, también conocido como lago Benteler por su propietario, es un lago formado por la extracción de arena al este de la localidad de Mastholte, que pertenece a la ciudad de Rietberg.
El lago Mastholter se encuentra dentro de la llanura de Emssandebene en el sur del distrito de Gütersloh y, con una superficie de aproximadamente 26,6 hectáreas, representa la mayor área de agua del distrito. Toda la superficie del lago se encuentra dentro del área de la ciudad de Rietberg, pero la orilla este limita directamente con el barrio de Westenholz de la ciudad de Delbrück. Aunque el cuerpo de agua se encuentra en la cuenca del río Glenne, no existe una conexión directa con un río.
