La Cueva Hueca en la localidad de Kallenhardt del municipio de Rüthen, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia, es una gran cueva cultural que ha producido hallazgos arqueológicos desde el final del Paleolítico hasta la Edad del Hierro previa a Roma. La Cueva Hueca se encuentra en la zona de conservación y área de hábitat de Lörmecketal, donde también se halla – a solo unos cientos de metros de distancia – la formación rocosa de Hoher Stein.
