La estación de metro Altstadt Spandau es una estación de la línea U7 del metro de Berlín. Se inauguró el 1 de octubre de 1984 como parte de la extensión noroeste de la U7 hacia Spandau. Se encuentra bajo la ciudad vieja del mismo nombre en el distrito de Spandau, paralela a la calle Am Juliusturm.
La estación fue diseñada de manera muy elaborada y ostentosa por Rainer G. Rümmler, como muchas estaciones de metro de esa época. En marzo de 2017 se anunció que la estación de metro, junto con otras seis de la U7 del norte, sería declarada monumento protegido.
