La estación de Bornholmer Straße es una estación de S-Bahn en el barrio de Prenzlauer Berg del distrito de Pankow en Berlín. Se encuentra en la línea norte de Berlín y en la línea de Stettin, así como en una vía de conexión con la estación de Schönhauser Allee en el anillo ferroviario de Berlín. Los pasajeros acceden a ella a través de ambas aceras del puente Böse. La estación es utilizada diariamente por alrededor de 60,000 viajeros.
El tráfico de pasajeros de la línea norte, que comenzó a operar en 1877, se dirigió ya desde finales del siglo XIX a la estación de Stettin, el punto de partida de la línea de Stettin que se abrió en 1842. Ambas líneas se bifurcaban al norte de Bornholmer Straße, pero no había una estación en esta área durante mucho tiempo.
