El Estadio Max-Reimann era el estadio de atletismo y la pista de ciclismo en la ciudad de Cottbus, en Brandeburgo, que hoy forman parte del centro deportivo de Cottbus. El estadio se construyó sobre las ruinas de una instalación deportiva destruida en los últimos días de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y fue nombrado en honor al político comunista Max Reimann.
La decisión de la reconstrucción se tomó el 30 de noviembre de 1948. Con muchas jornadas de trabajo voluntario y el apoyo de la Unión de Construcción de Cottbus, el 14 de octubre de 1951 se celebraron las primeras competiciones de ciclismo en pista. Con competiciones de todo tipo, toda la instalación fue inaugurada del 15 al 17 de agosto de 1952 ante 20,000 espectadores.
