Wittgendorf es una aldea en la Alta Lusacia sajona, en el distrito de Görlitz, en la frontera con Polonia. Hasta su fusión con Hirschfelde en 1999, Wittgendorf era una comunidad independiente. Desde la incorporación de Hirschfelde a Zittau en 2007, la aldea es una parte de Zittau.
El lugar se encuentra a la izquierda del Neisse de Lusacia, entre Zittau y Hirschfelde, y se extiende a lo largo de 3.5 kilómetros. La construcción de la aldea sigue en su mayoría el curso del agua de Wittgendorf, siendo el extremo norte de la aldea en la ladera suroeste del Steinberg. Al norte, la aldea limita con el Oberwald. Además, la aldea está rodeada por los lugares de Oberseifersdorf al oeste, Eckartsberg al suroeste, Radgendorf al sur, Drausendorf al sureste, y Hirschfelde y Dittelsdorf al este.
