La gran urbanización Waldsassener Straße es un complejo de edificios de gran altura en Berlín-Marienfelde. Se accede principalmente a través de la calle Waldsassener y el anillo Tirschenreuther. La urbanización fue construida entre 1970 y 1974. Comprende 4200 apartamentos. El edificio más grande tiene 27 pisos. El concepto urbanístico es obra de Hans Bandel. La mayor parte de la propiedad está en manos de Degewo AG, que planea gastar más de 100 millones de euros en renovaciones entre 2011 y 2016. Degewo AG posee cerca de 3000 apartamentos en la calle Waldsassener.
