De grote wooncompostie Waldsassener Straße is een hoogbouwcomplex in Berlijn-Marienfelde. Het wordt voornamelijk ontsloten via de Waldsassener Straße en de Tirschenreuther Ring. De woonwijk is gebouwd tussen 1970 en 1974. Ze omvat 4200 appartementen. Het grootste gebouw heeft 27 verdiepingen. Het stedenbouwkundig concept is van Hans Bandel. Het merendeel van het bezit is in handen van Degewo AG, die tussen 2011 en 2016 meer dan 100 miljoen euro wil uitgeven voor renovatie. Degewo AG bezit bijna 3000 appartementen aan de Waldsassener Straße.
