La esclusa Rodde es una esclusa en el canal Dortmund-Ems. Se encuentra en Rodde, un barrio de Rheine en el norte de Münsterland.
La esclusa Rodde forma parte de la llamada escalera de esclusas de Rheine. En este tramo del canal de aproximadamente 29 kilómetros entre la esclusa Bevergern y la esclusa Gleesen se superan desniveles de casi 29 metros. En la vía fluvial de Bevergern a Gleesen se deben pasar tres esclusas más: Altenrheine, Venhaus y Hesselte.
