El Rauhe Ebrach es un afluente de 47,3 km de longitud, occidental y izquierdo del Regnitz, en el norte de Baviera, en los distritos de Schweinfurt y Haßberge, en Unterfranken, y luego en el distrito de Bamberg, en Oberfranken.
Fluye desde el bosque de Wustvieler a través de una exclave del municipio de Michelau en el Steigerwald y luego en dirección este-sureste a este a través del municipio de Rauhenebrach así como del municipio de Schönbrunn en el Steigerwald, donde también toca el área sin municipio de Lindach, pasando por el mercado de Burgebrach y los municipios de Frensdorf y Pettstadt, donde finalmente alcanza el Regnitz.
