Veenhusen es una localidad del municipio de Moormerland en el distrito de Leer, Baja Sajonia. A finales del año 2016, la aldea de 15,62 km² contaba con alrededor de 4150 habitantes.
La antigua comunidad autónoma forma parte del municipio de Moormerland desde la reforma municipal que entró en vigor el 1 de enero de 1973, junto con diez aldeas más. El lugar tenía el 31 de diciembre de 2011 3898 habitantes. La iglesia de Veenhuser fue construida alrededor de 1400 y alberga un órgano construido por Johann Gottfried Rohlfs en los años 1801 y 1802, que aún se conserva en gran medida.
