Burg-Metternich es un castillo en el lugar Beilstein a orillas del Mosela en el estado alemán de Renania-Palatinado, que forma parte del distrito de Cochem-Zell.
En 1268, la nobleza Von Braunshorn era propietaria del castillo, como señores feudales del arzobispado de Colonia. A través de Lisa von Braunshorn, el castillo pasó a ser propiedad de la familia de su esposo, Kuno von Winnenberg. En 1371, el castillo pasó bajo la autoridad soberana del electorado del Palatinado. En 1637, la familia Von Metternich se convirtió en propietaria del castillo. Fue destruido por los franceses en 1689. El último propietario conocido fue el canciller austriaco Metternich. Luego, el castillo cambió de propietario varias veces.
