Burg-Metternich è un castello situato nel comune di Beilstein lungo il fiume Mosella nel Land tedesco della Renania-Palatinato, che fa parte del distretto di Cochem-Zell.
Nel 1268, la nobile famiglia Von Braunshorn era proprietaria del castello, quale feudo dell'arcidiocesi di Colonia. Attraverso Lisa von Braunshorn, il castello passò alla famiglia di suo marito, Kuno von Winnenberg. Nel 1371, il castello entrò sotto l'autorità sovrana del elettorato del Palatinato. Nel 1637, la famiglia Von Metternich divenne proprietaria del castello. Fu distrutto dai francesi nel 1689. L'ultimo proprietario noto fu il cancelliere austriaco Metternich. Successivamente, il castello cambiò proprietario più volte.
