La Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft es un astillero alemán ubicado en Flensburg. El astillero fue fundado en 1872. El terreno se encuentra justo al lado del puerto de Flensburg.
En 1872, cinco empresarios de Flensburg fundaron la Flensburger Schiffsbau-Gesellschaft, abreviada como FSG, como una sociedad anónima. Se adquirió un terreno de 27.135 m² en el lado occidental del puerto de Flensburg y se construyeron muelles para barcos de hasta 100 metros de largo. El primer nuevo construido, un barco de acero, el Doris Brodersen, se puso en servicio en 1875. En 1892 se construyó un dique seco con una capacidad de 2300 toneladas. Alrededor de 1900, la FSG ya tenía más de 2000 empleados.
