De Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft is een Duitse werf met hoofdzetel in Flensburg. De werf werd opgericht in 1872. Het terrein ligt direct aan de Flensburger haven.
In 1872 werd de Flensburger Schiffsbau-Gesellschaft, kortweg FSG, opgericht als naamloze vennootschap door vijf Flensburger ondernemers. Aan de westzijde van de Flensburger haven werd een terrein van 27.135 m² aangekocht en hellingen voor schepen tot 100 meter groot opgericht. Het eerste nieuwbouwproject, een volschip van staal, de Doris Brodersen, werd in 1875 in gebruik genomen. In 1892 werd er een drijvend dok met een draagkracht van 2300 ton gebouwd. Rond 1900 had de FSG al meer dan 2000 werknemers.
