La Flensburger Schiffbau-Gesellschaft è un cantiere navale tedesco con sede a Flensburg. Il cantiere è stato fondato nel 1872. Il sito si trova direttamente nel porto di Flensburg.
Nel 1872, cinque imprenditori di Flensburg fondarono la Flensburger Schiffsbau-Gesellschaft, abbreviata in FSG, come società per azioni. Sul lato ovest del porto di Flensburg è stato acquistato un terreno di 27.135 m² e sono stati costruiti bacini per navi di fino a 100 metri. La prima nuova costruzione, un veliero in acciaio, la Doris Brodersen, è stata messa in servizio nel 1875. Nel 1892 è stata costruita una darsena galleggiante con una capacità di 2300 tonnellate. Intorno al 1900, la FSG contava già oltre 2000 dipendenti.
