El Klinikum Mittelbaden Rastatt-Forbach, Clínica Forbach, anteriormente hospital del distrito de Forbach, es un hospital de atención médica básica y cuenta con 60 camas. Se encuentra en Forbach, en la Selva Negra del Norte, y pertenece a Klinikum Mittelbaden gGmbH.
El precursor del actual Klinikum Mittelbaden Forbach es el hospital del distrito de Forbach, fundado en 1896. Las comunidades de Forbach, Gausbach, Bermersbach, Langenbrand y la asociación de navegantes de Murg formaron en su momento la llamada asociación del hospital del distrito, que fundó el hospital de Forbach, que comenzó a funcionar con 15 camas para atención hospitalaria.
