Il Klinikum Mittelbaden Rastatt-Forbach, Klinik Forbach, già ospedale distrettuale di Forbach, è un ospedale di assistenza sanitaria di base e dispone di 60 letti. Si trova a Forbach nella Foresta Nera settentrionale ed è parte della Klinikum Mittelbaden gGmbH.
Il precursore dell'attuale Klinikum Mittelbaden Forbach è l'ospedale distrettuale di Forbach fondato nel 1896. I comuni di Forbach, Gausbach, Bermersbach, Langenbrand e la comunità Murghoff formarono allora il cosiddetto consorzio ospedaliero distrettuale, che fondò l'ospedale di Forbach, che iniziò a funzionare con 15 letti per l'assistenza ospedaliera.
