The Klinikum Mittelbaden Rastatt-Forbach, Forbach Hospital, formerly Kreiskrankenhaus Forbach, is a hospital for basic medical care and has 60 beds. It is located in Forbach in the Northern Black Forest and belongs to Klinikum Mittelbaden gGmbH.
The precursor to today's Klinikum Mittelbaden Forbach is the district hospital Forbach, founded in 1896. The communities of Forbach, Gausbach, Bermersbach, Langenbrand, and the Murg community formed the so-called district hospital association at that time, which founded the Forbach hospital, which started operations with 15 beds for inpatient care.
