El área protegida de desarrollo natural Abramka forma parte de la reserva de biosfera de Spreewald y se encuentra en el municipio de Alt Zauche-Wußwerk en el distrito de Dahme-Spreewald en Brandeburgo.
El área con el número de referencia 1288 fue declarada como área protegida mediante una orden del 22 de septiembre de 2014. La reserva natural de aproximadamente 101,7 ha se extiende al sureste de Alt Zauche, una localidad del municipio de Alt Zauche-Wußwerk, a lo largo de Abramka y Polenzoa. En el borde sur se encuentra el Große Fließ, un afluente derecho del Spree, mientras que al norte fluye el Nordfließ.
