Zerpenschleuse, que surgió a partir de 1605 en relación con la expansión del Canal Finow, es un distrito del municipio de Wandlitz en el distrito de Barnim del estado de Brandeburgo. Hasta el año 2003, Zerpenschleuse era un municipio independiente dentro de la oficina de Groß Schönebeck. Con las elecciones municipales de 2003, el lugar pasó a formar parte del municipio de Wandlitz. En Zerpenschleuse viven en 17,41 km² 886 habitantes, lo que corresponde a una densidad poblacional de 50,9 habitantes por km².
El área del antiguo municipio de Zerpenschleuse abarca una superficie de 1742 hectáreas. El actual distrito de Wandlitz se encuentra en el valle glaciar de Eberswalde, en el borde norte de la meseta de Barnim, una parte del llamado Niederbarnim, a 38 kilómetros al norte del centro de la ciudad de Berlín.
