El tribunal de primera instancia de Luckenwalde, un tribunal de la jurisdicción ordinaria, es uno de los seis tribunales de primera instancia en el distrito del tribunal regional de Potsdam.
La sede del tribunal se encuentra en Luckenwalde, la ciudad del distrito de Teltow-Fläming.
