La antigua iglesia conventual de Santa María y Cipriano es una iglesia gótica de nave con elementos del románico tardío en la ciudad de Nienburg an der Saale, en el distrito de Salzlandkreis en Sajonia-Anhalt. Pertenece a la comunidad parroquial de Nienburg en el distrito eclesiástico de Bernburg de la Iglesia Evangélica de Anhalt y se utiliza de manera ecuménica. Es una estación de la Ruta del Románico y también se conoce como iglesia conventual de Nienburg o iglesia del castillo de Nienburg.
El monasterio benedictino fue fundado inicialmente en 970 en Thankmarsfelde y trasladado a Nienburg en 975. La iglesia fue consagrada en 1004 y quemada en 1042. De esta construcción, solo se ha conservado un resto de cimentación bajo la actual nave lateral sur del edificio.
