De voormalige kloosterkerk St. Marien en Cyprian is een gotische hallenkerk met laatromaanse bouwdelen in de stad Nienburg aan de Saale in het Salzlandkreis in Saksen-Anhalt. Ze behoort tot de kerkelijke gemeente Nienburg in het kerkelijk district Bernburg van de Evangelische Landeskirche Anhalts en wordt oecumenisch gebruikt. Ze is een station van de Route van de Romaanse architectuur en staat ook bekend als kloosterkerk Nienburg of slotkerk Nienburg.
Het Benedictijner klooster werd aanvankelijk in 970 in Thankmarsfelde opgericht en in 975 naar Nienburg verhuisd. De kerk werd in 1004 gewijd en in 1042 verbrand. Van dit bouwwerk is alleen een fundamenteel restant onder de zuidelijke koorruimte van het huidige gebouw bewaard gebleven.
