Hühnermühle es una localidad del municipio de Pfofeld en el distrito de Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen en Franconia Media. La aldea está situada a una altura de 413 metros sobre el nivel del mar y tiene diez habitantes.
La aldea, que lleva el nombre del molino, se encuentra en el borde norte del canal de desvío del Altmühl y a unos 500 metros al oeste de su desembocadura en el pequeño lago Brombachsee. Está urbanísticamente unida a la localidad vecina de Neuherberg, que se encuentra al norte. Una carretera municipal conduce a través de Neuherberg a la carretera del distrito WUG 1 que transcurre al este y a la carretera del distrito WUG 20 que transcurre al sur. Al oeste se encuentra el área natural protegida de Brombachmoor. Al sur de Hühnermühle, al otro lado del canal de desvío del Altmühl, se encuentra la localidad de Pfofeld, Furthmühle, que hoy en día es un aserradero. La ciudad más cercana es Gunzenhausen, que está a unos 7 kilómetros de distancia.
