El manor de Evensen es un antiguo manor en el distrito de Evensen de la ciudad de Neustadt am Rübenberge. Se remonta a un feudo de los señores de Mandelsloh del año 1223. Alrededor del año 1700, el manor fue remodelado.
El manor incluye una mansión señorial como un edificio de entramado de madera de dos plantas, cuya fachada tiene un revestimiento de madera. Probablemente data de alrededor de 1689 y se dice que fue el palacio de caza del oficial Philipp Christoph von Königsmarck, que fue trasladado a Evensen. La mansión, que está protegida como monumento, forma un patio rectangular junto a edificios de servicio del siglo XIX. El parque con un jardín francés fue probablemente diseñado alrededor del año 1700 por el jardinero Martin Charbonnier, que ya había diseñado el Gran Jardín en Herrenhausen. Se supone que el parque en Evensen fue un regalo del elector Georg Ludwig al director de la cancillería y propietario del manor David Georg von Denicke.
