El Comando de Distrito de Defensa 35 fue un comando de distrito de defensa de la Bundeswehr con sede del estado último en Augustdorf. La tarea principal del comando era la defensa territorial en su distrito de defensa.
El Comando de Distrito de Defensa fue planificado para la adopción de la estructura del ejército II en la década de 1960 como parte del ejército territorial y estaba subordinado al comandante de la zona de defensa III. Basado en la estructura administrativa civil, el distrito de defensa correspondía aproximadamente al distrito gubernamental de Detmold. En consecuencia, la ubicación del estado mayor era Detmold.
