Hildfeld es un barrio de Winterberg en el distrito de Hochsauerlandkreis, Renania del Norte-Westfalia, Alemania. La localidad, con aproximadamente 491 hectáreas de superficie, tiene algo más de 480 habitantes.
El primer componente del nombre del lugar se dice que se deriva del alto alemán antiguo "Hille-a". El "campo en la ladera de la montaña" también designa exactamente la ubicación geográfica del lugar: La cima del Clemensberg, la tercera montaña más alta de Renania del Norte-Westfalia con aproximadamente 837 m sobre el nivel del mar, se encuentra en el territorio de Hildfeld; en su ladera se ubica la localidad. En la ladera noreste del Clemensberg, en el área de conservación natural de Neuer Hagen, nace la fuente de Hoppecke. A través de Hildfeld pasa la divisoria de aguas Rhin-Weser. Mientras que el agua del Hillebach, que pasa al sur de la localidad, llega al Rin a través del Ruhr, el Hoppecke desemboca en el Diemel y así alcanza el Weser.
