Bitze es un distrito del municipio de Eitorf en el distrito de Rhein-Sieg, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. El nombre del lugar significa en dialecto "pomar".
A Bitze pertenecen los antiguos distritos de Sterzenbach y Forst. Forst fue el lugar de origen, que, al igual que su antípoda Forstmehren, funcionó como un lugar fronterizo junto al bosque real de Leuscheid. Según las tradiciones, aquí había existido una fortaleza, al menos una casa fortificada, desde donde se vigilaba el paso hacia el área de influencia de Sayn. Se había descubierto un fundamento correspondiente, y una designación de la calle Zur alten Burg recuerda esta tradición. Desde hace mucho tiempo, el distrito ya no es el asentamiento más sureste del municipio, sino el distrito de Rodder, que hace referencia a una tala en el bosque.
