El edificio del ayuntamiento de Ohligs es el antiguo ayuntamiento de la ciudad de Ohligs, que fue independiente hasta 1929 y que desde entonces es un distrito de la gran ciudad de Solingen en la región de Bergisch.
El ayuntamiento de Ohligs se encuentra al inicio de la calle Merscheider, a unos cientos de metros al este de la estación central de trenes en el distrito occidental de Ohligs. Está rodeado por el antiguo tribunal de primera instancia de Ohligs y la antigua casa de ciudadanos, constituyendo originalmente un centro administrativo compuesto por tres edificios. La actual calle Sauerbrey sirve como vía de conexión entre el ayuntamiento y la estación de trenes, con un paso subterráneo hacia el centro del distrito que cuenta con la zona peatonal de la calle Düsseldorfer.
