Höngen es una aldea en el municipio de Selfkant en el distrito de Heinsberg de Renania del Norte-Westfalia, en el extremo oeste de Alemania.
Höngen se encuentra en la zona norte del municipio de Selfkant, en la antigua carretera de tránsito N 274, ahora carretera estatal 410, que va desde Koningsbosch hasta Brunssum. La carretera estatal 228 y la carretera del distrito 2 atraviesan el lugar.
