Höngen è un villaggio nel comune di Selfkant, nel distretto di Heinsberg, nella Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia, nella parte occidentale della Germania.
Höngen si trova nella zona settentrionale del comune di Selfkant, lungo l'ex strada di transito N 274, ora strada statale 410, che conduce da Koningsbosch a Brunssum. Attraverso il paese passano la strada statale 228 e la strada provinciale 2.
