Höngen est un village de la commune de Selfkant dans le district de Heinsberg, en Rhénanie-du-Nord-Westphalie, tout à l'ouest de l'Allemagne.
Höngen se situe dans la région nord de la commune de Selfkant, le long de l'ancienne route de transit N 274, maintenant route nationale 410, qui relie Koningsbosch à Brunssum. La route nationale 228 et la route départementale 2 traversent le village.
