Fünfhausen es la designación de dos barrios diferentes en Hamburgo, que provienen de dos antiguas aldeas del mismo nombre.
El lugar se encuentra en el distrito de Bergedorf dentro de los Cuatro Países, en el borde noroeste del barrio Hamburgo-Kirchwerder, en la intersección de Durchdeich con la serie de calles Ochsenwerder Landscheideweg/Süderquerweg y en la antigua línea del tren de marcha de Hamburgo.
Al este limita con la mayor área de protección natural de Hamburgo, Kirchwerder Wiesen, al oeste está el barrio Ochsenwerder. Al suroeste de la localidad se encuentran el lago Hohendeicher y el Elba, al norte de este transcurre el Gose-Elbe.
