El Puente Masnedsund es un puente basculante que cruza Masnedsund entre las islas Masnedø y Zelanda en Dinamarca. Transporta tráfico de carreteras y ferroviario, así como peatones y bicicletas.
Junto con el Puente Storstrøm conecta Falster y Zelanda y fue la principal conexión vial entre las islas hasta que se inauguraron los Puentes Farø en 1985. Fue inaugurado oficialmente el 6 de agosto de 1937, y reemplazó a un puente ferroviario más antiguo que se abrió el 15 de enero de 1884, y a un ferry. Los nuevos puentes fueron encargados por los ferrocarriles estatales daneses y diseñados por ellos con la ayuda de Christiani & Nielsen A/S de Copenhague. La construcción fue realizada por Dorman Long y compañía, con Christiani & Nielsen actuando como subcontratistas responsables de los cimientos y secciones de hormigón armado. El contrato para el trabajo se firmó el 13 de mayo de 1933.
