El Castillo de Nyborg es un castillo medieval restaurado en Nyborg, en la isla danesa de Funen. El castillo figura de manera prominente en la historia danesa. Fue aquí donde el rey Eric V Klipping firmó la primera constitución de Dinamarca en 1282. El castillo también fue la sede del Danehof, el primer parlamento del país. El castillo es operado como parte del Museo de Østfyn, que también incluye Borgmestergården en Mads Lerches Gård.
