El Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau en el distrito de Horta-Guinardó es una obra modernista del arquitecto Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Con su edificio principal y los numerosos pavellones, el hospital es el conjunto modernista más grande de Catalunya. Hoy en dia sigue funcionando como hospital. Aunque los actuales edificios datan del siglo XX, el Hospital de Sant Pau se fundó en 1401 cuando seis hospitales medievales se fusionaron.
