Het huidige Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Catalaans voor Ziekenhuis van het Heilige Kruis en Sint Paulus) in de wijk Guinardó in Barcelona, Spanje, is een complex dat tussen 1901 en 1930 werd gebouwd en ontworpen door de Catalaanse architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Samen met het Palau de la Música Catalana staat het op de Werelderfgoedlijst van UNESCO. Het is nog steeds een volledig functionerend ziekenhuis. Er zijn gesprekken geweest om het gebouw in de toekomst om te bouwen tot een museum. Hoewel de huidige gebouwen van het ziekenhuis uit de 20e eeuw dateren, werd het Hospital de Sant Pau al in 1401 gesticht door de fusie van zes kleine middeleeuwse ziekenhuizen.
