Villalar de los Comuneros[nota 1] es un municipio y localidad española de la provincia de Valladolid, en la comunidad autónoma de Castilla y León. Es célebre porque en sus alrededores tuvo lugar la batalla que supuso la derrota de los Comuneros de Castilla el 23 de abril de 1521.
El escudo heráldico y la bandera que representan al municipio fueron aprobados el 30 de mayo de 1997. El blasón del escudo es el siguiente:
