Soportújar es una localidad y municipio español situado en la parte centro-oeste de la comarca de la Alpujarra Granadina, en la provincia de Granada, comunidad autónoma de Andalucía. Limita con los municipios de Carataunas, Cáñar, Lanjarón, Bubión y Pampaneira. Parte de su término municipal se encuentra en el parque nacional de Sierra Nevada. A fecha 01/01/2018, contaba con una población de 266 hab. según el INE.
